Today, 20 years after Nancy Mullineaux initially provided excellent design service for us, she still stands behind her work! When we moved into our new home in St. James about 20 years ago, Nancy was recommended to help us with the design specifically of window treatments. Nancy came to our house, evaluated each room and its use and recommended window treatments for each. She and her team carefully measured each of the 32 windows to be covered. Later they installed the window treatments, each of which fit perfectly and was exactly what we had envisioned. Recently, one of the window treatment brackets pulled out of the ceiling. Even though the original product was discontinued, Nancy found new brackets, and we were able to save the window treatment. Thank you, Nancy!
